GRS Calibrate
GRS Calibrate simplifies feedback for evaluators grading OSCE scenarios. It turns their observations and Global Rating Scale scores into a draft they can edit.
Explore GRS Calibrate
Build a procedure record.
Learners search the ACR catalogue by name or code, select a procedure, and document when it happened, who performed it, and the result.
Faculty can review the completed report, leave feedback beside the submission, and track assignments across a cohort.

GRS Calibrate
From OSCE notes to learner feedback.
During a scenario, an evaluator can jot down observations in shorthand and select a rating. GRS Calibrate drafts feedback across the seven domains of the paramedic Global Rating Scale.
The evaluator reviews the wording, makes any edits, and can export the assessment to Word or PDF. Optional AI Insights offers clarification questions and ratings to consider.
Chest pain simulation
Sample OSCEEvaluator’s notes
chest pain sim. got onset + severity, missed radiation. BP + HR before nitro. paused after tx. partner prompted reassessment. learner repeated BP only. no repeat HR, didn’t ask if pain changed. PA 4 marginal. next time ask where pain goes, initiate reassessment and compare BP, HR + pain with baseline.
Feedback for the learner
You asked when the chest pain started and how severe it was, and you checked blood pressure and heart rate before giving nitroglycerin. You did not ask whether the pain travelled anywhere.
After treatment, you paused until your partner prompted you to reassess. You repeated the blood pressure measurement, but did not recheck the patient’s heart rate or ask whether their chest pain had changed.
Your Patient Assessment rating was 4 · Marginal. Your initial findings gave you a baseline, but you needed a reminder to start reassessment and the follow-up was incomplete.
In your next scenario, ask about pain radiation during the initial assessment. After treatment, initiate the reassessment yourself. Compare blood pressure, heart rate, and pain with the initial findings and explain what changed.
